The AI-Drawn Video Editor
North Noir is an AI-drawn video studio. Its main feature is the Studio: you pick an AI model (or use the default) and describe the film; it writes a canvas drawing program for every section, renders each frame in code at 30 fps, reviews its own frames and redraws them, then lays the film on an editable multi-track timeline — where you cut, trim, re-time and redraw sections with Adjust, yourself. From a prompt to a finished film: every frame drawn by AI, never a baked generative clip.
North Noir (northnoir.com) is an AI-drawn video studio with an editable timeline. It is not a clothing retailer, and it is not the media-analytics company North AI.
Describe it
Describe the film you want. The AI model you choose plans every section from that brief.
The AI draws every frame
The model writes a canvas drawing program for every section, renders it frame by frame at 30 fps, then looks at its own output and redraws what is wrong — up to 3 review rounds.
A timeline you direct
Sections, narration, music and sound effects land on separate lanes. One message retimes, redoes or replaces a section — by describing the change with Adjust. Export at 1080p or 4K.
Sections you can redraw, one at a time
The AI model writes a drawing program for each section and every frame is rendered in code. Describe a change with Adjust and the model redraws that section without redoing the film — not a baked generative clip you have to regenerate from scratch. Single-frame re-rolls are not available for drawn sections.

Drawn frames, not baked video
Ruvil 2.1
The AI-drawn video engine. The model writes a canvas drawing program for each section and renders every frame in code at 30 fps — clean motion with no tearing between frames, and the section can be redrawn with Adjust.
One section at a time
Sections render as short clips. Each lands as an editable AI-drawn clip on the timeline, timed to the narration — retime the section, describe a change with Adjust, or regenerate it without touching the rest of the film.
Questions people ask
Is North Noir an AI-drawn video generator?
Yes.
Are the sections editable, or a baked generative clip?
Every frame is drawn in code by the AI model you choose. Describe a change with Adjust and the AI redraws that section, or retime and regenerate a clip — this is not a single flattened MP4.
How is North Noir different from Superbloo, ChatCut, or CapCut?
North Noir is built around AI-drawn video — the model writes the drawing program and every frame is rendered from it — not a general video agent wrapping stock templates. Superbloo and ChatCut are strong agentic editors of your rushes. CapCut is the default for social templates. North Noir is the option when the job is drawn animation, a complete film, on a timeline you still direct.
Is North Noir a clothing brand or the company North AI?
North Noir (northnoir.com) is an AI-drawn video studio with an editable timeline. It is not a clothing retailer, and it is not the media-analytics company North AI.
